The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the internal assessment and project examinations for the supplementary exams. The practical exams are being conducted from July 5 to 15, 2024. Students can find detailed guidelines and other pertinent information below.

CBSE Supplementary Practical Exam 2024: CBSE has released guidelines for the internal assessment and project exams that accompany the supplementary exams. These practical exams are crucial for students needing to clear their compartment status.

Guidelines for CBSE Supplementary Exams 2024:

Candidates who are RP (Repeat in Practical) in internal assessment subjects will have their marks uploaded by their schools.

For those who are RP in project subjects, the project will be evaluated, and marks will be uploaded at the exam centres.

Subject activities must be completed by the end of the supplementary exams.

CBSE Practical Exam 2024: Eligible Students

Class 12: Students in the compartment category due to practical repeats can appear for the practical exams during the supplementary period and do not need to take the theory exam. Those with repeats in both theory and practical exams (RB) must appear for both during the supplementary exams.

Class 10: Students must score at least 33 percent in theory and internal assessments combined. If they are in the compartment category due to absence in internal assessments, they will receive pro-rata marks based on their theory marks in the supplementary exam. Internal assessments will not be conducted for Class 10 students during the supplementary exams as these are evaluated year-long.

Students should stay informed and follow the guidelines closely to ensure successful completion of their supplementary exams.
