NEET UG Revised Result 2024 Expected Soon: Check Details Here

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the NEET UG revised results soon, following an order issued by the Supreme Court regarding a controversial Physics question. The answers are being re-evaluated based on recommendations from an expert committee formed by IIT Delhi.

The NEET UG Revised Result 2024 is anticipated to be announced within the week. This decision comes after the Supreme Court, led by CJI DY Chandrachud, concluded that a re-test or cancellation of the NTA NEET UG was not an option due to insufficient evidence of a large-scale paper leak.

IIT Delhi, as directed by the SC, reviewed the contentious Physics question that had two correct options. The committee decided to consider one correct option, and students who selected this option will receive 4 marks. This revision is expected to cause significant changes in the rank list.

Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan stated that the revised results would be available within two days. This year, a total of 24,06,079 students registered for the NEET UG exams, with 23,33,297 appearing for the exams on May 5, 2024. The initial results were announced on June 4, 2024. A retest was conducted on June 23, 2024, with those results announced on June 30, 2024.
